Hey, I'm Emily.

I have two preteen daughters and they know EXACTLY what they want, always!

Let me help you make holiday shopping a snap this year.

Keep scrolling to see my list of 15 items that are sure to make any preteen girl absolutely swoon this holiday season. We've got this!

Holiday shopping can be such a stressful time. It's not just the shopping and gift giving, it's everything that comes along with the holidays.

The kids are off school, everyone wants to make and exchange holiday cookies, your family want you to host the holiday meal, practices are canceled (thank goodness!) but the kids still want to have play dates with their pals, it's the perfect time to get the basement cleaned and purge the kids clothes and toys. Oh and the pantry could use a cleaning. Let's face it, this time of year comes with so many joys but also so many stressors. We aren't particularly religious people, but I definitely don't want to accentuate gift giving at the holidays. But also it makes me happy to give and experience the magic of the season. Especially since this will probably be the last year we have at least one believer.

Although numbered this list is in no certain order. These are simply ideas that are sure to get you ranked up in the gift giving department.

Links are commissioned, which means if you purchase from my link I may make a small commission at no additional cost to you.

This set is sure to make any preteen girl on your shopping list smile. Organize it ALL...cosmetics, hair ties, make up brushes, pens, pencils, crocs jibbitz, the potential is endless. And since organization is super preppy, this will be a slam dunk gift!

The good news about this higher end item is that it will stand the test of time. Birkenstock have a history steeped in longevity and comfort. And when your preteen outgrows them, you can always sell them on Poshmark, where their value actually holds up quite well. Also, we live in Wisconsin and our daughter wears her Birkenstock Arizona's year round despite the seeming inappropriateness of that!

I know. I know. You would think it would be a dreaded gift idea. I hear ya! But our daughters (and their friends) live for these socks. Which as previously mentioned, I'm ok with, as they wear their Birkenstocks in Wisconsin YEAR ROUND!

Let's face it Drink Elephant is expensive. But these girls just love it. So as a gift I'm ok spending a little extra. Besides they are getting to the point that they don't want a ton of other things. And skin care is LIFE in our house. These girls even have their 8 year old brother asking for products!

#5 Bubble

This Bubble Level Up Balancing Gel Moisturizer is another favorite. It is reasonably priced, it does what it claims - which is great in the winter time. It also has super cute packaging and is rated a 2 by Environmental Working Group for safety (I like to keep it to 4 and under, especially for the kiddos).

#6 The Beloved White Classic Crocs

I used to struggle with this one but have come to terms with the fact they aren't going anywhere. And they ARE really quite convenient to slip on both for wearing and for going to and from sports they need to change their shoes. You can obviously get the in whatever color you choose, but white is a staple for us around here. Also (although they seem to be slightly outgrowing them) - they love a few cute sports themed Gibbitz to embellish them.

#7 Bracelets are LIFE!

Whether a Swifty or supporting a team or school, whatever the reason, it seems every preteen girl I know is into making bracelets. This kit is loaded with supplies for hours of fun and productivity too. They make great gifts. Our girls even started a little side hustle this summer making and selling bracelets at the beer garden near our house. It gives them something to do, inspires creativity and makes them feel accomplished. These fun little bead spinners have also been a huge hit!

#8 White Wireless Headphones

If you have more than one kid and they have phones, tablets, devices of any kind then you know how overwhelming it can be when everyone is watching something different! Enter wireless headphones. Our kids don't love ear buds, they say they aren't comfortable so we opted for these and have loved them. They would make a great gift for any preteen kid. The come in other colors as well, our girls just prefer the white color.

#9 The famed and loved Squishmallows!

These sometimes not so little guys are soft and snuggly. Our oldest uses hers as a pillow, which is probably not great for her neck, but she loves it and claims it's comfy. They are quirky and fun and have become a staple in all of our kids beds. They are great for using as extra pillows on the couch when we are all snuggled up watching a movie or sports game too. These mystery boxes are a fun way to give them as gifts.

#10 The Stanley

Our kids think it's funny that my husband has a vintage Stanley. He used to use the thermos to bring coffee to work when he worked night shift. It's not fancy. But it is a Stanley. We joke that he was decades ahead of the Stanley trend! These are about as viral as things get. Every girl wants them in multiple variations of size, color and style. It is for sure a slam dunk for, well, really anyone on your shopping list!

Happy shopping!
